We are seeking to appoint a highly committed, motivated and caring teacher to join our team from September 2025. We are fully committed to making learning fun in order for all pupils to achieve.
Willowbrook has a caring, friendly atmosphere. Our school provides an enriching experience for our pupils and continues to develop them in many exciting ways. Our vision of: 'Each Working For All' is a golden thread which runs through everything we do here.
Over the last few years, we have been over-subscribed by local families wanting a place for their son or daughter to start in our EYFS class. The school was last inspected by Ofsted in July 2024 to be a good school. We were thrilled with retaining our previous judgement of GOOD with OUTSTANDING for EYFS, Personal Development and Welfare.

* be creative, hardworking, highly motivated, committed and flexible;
* have excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour;
* have excellent ICT skills;
* have a passion for learning, both for others and themselves, willing to go the 'extra mile' to support our children and flourish;
* be fully committed in all aspects of the school's work, including our school's ethos where the pupil comes first.
We can also offer:
* a commitment to wellbeing and work life balance;
* a calm, friendly and welcoming school with hard-working and committed teachers and support staff;
* a supportive school community with a strong and caring ethos;
* fantastic pupils;
* a dedicated and supportive Senior Management and staff team;

The Governing Body is committed to:
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety, and the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, of children and young people;
* promoting equality of opportunity and community cohesion where the diversity of different backgrounds and circumstances is appreciated and positively valued;
* the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance for those with different faiths and beliefs.
