Content Creation
* Produce high-quality, visually stunning content, including images, videos, reels, and copy for Instagram (experience with TikTok is a plus).
* Collaborate with the founder and design team to ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging.
* Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts for campaigns, launches, and events.
Community Engagement
* Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
* Monitor and nurture relationships with customers, fans, and followers to foster brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
* Exceptional content creation skills, including photography, videography, and graphic design (knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Excellent copywriting skills with a creative and literary flair.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Preferred Qualifications
* A deep passion for art, literature, and fragrance, with a strong appreciation for the intersection of storytelling and visual culture.
* Currently pursuing or holding a degree in fields such as Literature, Literary Theory, Art History, Contemporary Art Theory, Visual Culture, Luxury Studies, Photography, or Film Theories.
* Educational background from any of the following institutions: UAL, Goldsmiths, or Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
* Proven experience with influencer collaborations and creating or managing User-Generated Content (UGC).
* Familiarity with SEO strategies and current digital marketing trends to enhance content visibility and engagement.
