My client, based in Epsom, is recruiting for a Part Time Finance Manager.
Job Description
* Analysis and reconciling of income from the different income platforms
* Reconciliation of income between bank statements and Fundraising CRM system (training offered) working alongside the Fundraising team
* Preparing and uploading month-end income journals
* Debt reporting and debt chasing
* Producing weekly debtors report with narrative
* Supporting the Fundraising team providing financial information; reviewing actuals against budget; supporting with setting budgets/forecasts
* Supporting the Finance Assistance with correct coding, entity and VAT for all sales invoices.
* VAT returns
* Control of Web Expenses (staff expenses portal)
* Monthly payroll; year-end payroll (P60's and P11d returns)
The Successful Applicant
* May be studying or have studied an Accountancy qualification
* May have charity finance experience
* Competent at Excel (VLOOKUPS & PIVOT TABLES)
* Excellent inter-personal and communication skills and a good sense of humour
* Proactive, forward thinking able to liaise with stakeholders from operational to director level, and able to explain complex finance issues to non-financial staff
* Able to prioritise own work and achieve monthly deadlines
* Work unsupervised; self-motivated
* Excellent organisational skills
