The Claims Team Leader, reporting to and supported by the Claims Manager, is responsible for the end-to-end customer journey from first notification of claim to final adjudication, working closely with our team of remote and hybrid Administrators, Claim Handlers and Preauthorisation Case Managers. This includes effective management of all inbound communications and collaboration with our Clinical, Network and Underwriting teams, as well as policy Underwriters. The role also includes training and development of team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and additional Human Resources processes as required, such as probation reviews, talent management and performance improvement.
