Colmore Education is actively seeking a qualified and dedicated Computer Studies Teacher to join a vibrant mainstream secondary school based in Erdington. This position involves teaching Computer Studies across Key Stages 3 to 5, engaging students with innovative, curriculum-aligned lessons to cultivate a deep understanding of computing concepts and digital skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Computer Studies lessons to KS3-KS5 students.
Prepare students for assessments and examinations in Computer Science.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, dynamic, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Computer Studies at the secondary level, ideally through KS3 to KS5.
Strong knowledge of the computing curriculum and a passion for inspiring young minds.
Ability to start immediately is essential.
