Your role:
In this role, you will provide specialist knowledge and skills to support the delivery of our strategic council plan and missions, deliver key transformational projects and support workforce development solutions.
You will have a great understanding of Organisational Development tools, techniques and approaches to successfully deliver Talent, Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders, staff and managers across the organisation as well as wider partners.
About you:
You will have the skills to lead transformational change, supporting our workforce to thrive through implementing and delivering high-quality OD initiatives.
You will be passionate about wellbeing, talent and inclusion and the ability to drive forward strategic priorities to create new and exciting initiatives. Building close working-relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will come naturally to you as you’ll play a key role in engagement and co-production.
You’ll have strong listening and communication skills and the ability to interpret data to establish priorities based on workforce need.
