Deliveries and Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Track daily truck deliveries and reconcile them against weighbridge tickets and delivery notes.
* Prepare daily stock position reports to ensure accurate inventory management.
* Perform bookkeeping tasks, including registering incoming purchase invoices and raising sales invoices.
* Process weekly stock and payments reconciliation for efficient financial management.
* Maintain an updated stock position to facilitate streamlined operations.
* Communicate effectively with external parties, such as financing partners, delivery sites, and suppliers.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience with invoicing and bookkeeping.
* Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
* Comfortable working independently and under time pressure.
* Knowledge of letters of credit and export documentation requirements is a plus.
