Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join the team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cosmetic industry, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to support and oversee client onboarding, implementation, and delivery
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
4. Prepare and present reports on account status, sales metrics, and client feedback
5. Utilize the CRM to manage prospects, track sales activities, and generate reports
6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Account Management or similar role, preferably within the cosmetics industry
3. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
