Hybrid Working 40% onsite Atlassian Engineer - Migration & Enhancement Lead The organisation is rationalising its Atlassian installations for a digital programme and is looking for a specialist experienced in Jira/Confluence to lead, design and perform the migration, in addition to providing ongoing business-driven enhancement and administration of Jira and Confluence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and delivery of Jira and Confluence migrations to a unified instance. Provide ongoing improvements and support, including bespoke Jira project design, integration with ServiceNow, and performance tuning. Work closely with users in an agile environment to gather requirements and deliver practical, scalable solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Expert-level Jira and Confluence administration Atlassian experience and certifications Infrastructure experience Experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting Proven track record of safe and effective migrations Strong Jira workflow and scheme design User and permission management best practices Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration Performance tuning and troubleshooting Comfortable working at pace in agile teams Desirable: Agile delivery experience AWS infrastructure familiarity Please quote the Job Title & Vacancy Reference No. in your application, or we will be unable to match your CV to the role being applied for.
