Upholding the school's values and contributing to its positive ethos. Required Skills and Experience: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (Level 4 or higher). Experience working in a primary school setting within Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2). Strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Excellent behaviour management skills. Commitment to ensuring a high standard of education and student development. Previous UK school experience is essential.
