The role:
Opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate 4+ years PQE to join a top-tier practice in Cardiff.
This high-quality Construction practice is looking to welcome an established lawyer who can contribute to the management and realisation of complex infrastructure arrangements, estate management projects, joint ventures and legacy PFI/PPP projects.
You will be involved in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts including NEC, FIDIC, ICC and other industry forms. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved with district heating projects which the team is well known for.
You may have developed certain sector specialties and expertise that can be nurtured and developed with the backing of this diverse practice, providing a fertile career platform.
