Job Overview
As a key member of our accounts receivable team, you will be supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organised and working as part of a team.
Key Duties:
* Daily invoicing for all 5 UK Brands.
* Updating sales ledger accounts.
* Maintaining credit note processing system.
* Liaising with key stakeholders within the business to solve queries in a timely manner.
* Daily cash posting and allocation for all 5 UK Brands.
* Daily posting of credit cards from 3rd party system.
* Running monthly statements.
* Running reports in Excel.
* Maintaining shared files with accuracy.
* Managing accounts mailbox.
* Assisting with month-end activities.
Qualities We Value:
* Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment.
* Excellent admin and organisational skills.
* Ability to use IT systems effectively, especially Excel – VLOOKUP & pivot tables.
* Great team worker.
* Positive attitude.
* Ability to adapt and drive process improvements.
* Ability to prioritise.
* Previous experience of Microsoft AX is desirable.
* AAT qualification or studying towards.
