Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic client based in West Bromwich. Duties include (but are not limited to): Assist with customer inquiries, quotes and orders Raise purchase orders and track deliveries Coordinate with the warehouse team Manage supplier relationships, process purchase orders and maintain inventory levels Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain records, and support other departments as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards The ideal candidate: Proven experience within a similar role It is essential that you have experience within the nuts-and-bolts industry Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Hours: Monday Thursday from 08:30 17:30 Friday 08:30 17:00 Pay Rate: £11.44 - £13 per hours depending on experience If you have experience working within the nuts-and-bolts industry, and would like to be considered for this role, please apply with your CV.
