Journey Alerts, the personalised travel information company, have recently been awarded two research grants to develop specific functionality for anxious travellers, working with regional train operators and local authorities in the UK as well as technical partners like Uber and transit authorities in Europe and beyond.
As a small team, we now need some help delivering our research programmes, and are looking for a confident research project manager to run our research trials.
Initially a 6 month, hybrid, part-time role (3 days per week) based in Oxford, with a need to travel to trials in Bedfordshire and the East Midlands. There is potential for the role to grow into a full time position.
* Engaging with local charities and councils to gather feedback
* Accompanying testers to monitor experience
* Keeping the programme delivery on time, and meeting milestones
* Writing up findings and reporting
* Regular meetings and workshop / trials in Oxford, Bedfordshire and East Midlands
Vital experience

* Demonstrated project management capability
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Top notch relationship building skills with a wide range of stakeholders
* Research experience
