Job Opportunity: Lecturer in Motor Vehicle (Full-Time and Hourly Paid Positions Available) Protocol are working with an FE College based in Luton who have an exciting opportunity in the School of Engineering for a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle at their Construction and Engineering Campus. They are offering both full-time or flexible hourly paid positions. Key Responsibilities: Teach across a variety of Motor Vehicle courses, including full-time IMI Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 courses. Deliver engaging and interactive theory sessions that motivate learners and link to industry standards. Conduct practical sessions in a well-equipped workshop setting, ensuring hands-on learning experiences. Prioritize Teaching, Learning, and Assessment, aspiring to excellence in all areas of work. Serve as a strong role model for our learners, valuing their experience and fostering a positive learning environment. Ideal Candidate: Highly effective at managing time and meeting deadlines. Confident in contributing to and improving our team dynamics. Holds appropriate professional qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in the motor vehicle industry. Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential, as training and the opportunity to achieve a teaching qualification while working for the College will be provided. Assessor and/or IQA qualifications would be advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
