Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Partnerships team to successfully drive and achieve the sales objectives in line with Wholesale & Partners trading strategy. Build and maintain strong client relationships to fuel growth. Accountabilities: Assist with daily and weekly trade reporting, producing reports that highlight bestsellers, category performance, and website trends to help make informed decisions to improve the website and maximise sales. Analyse sales reports and offer suggestions based on customer need and availability. Manage all imagery and content information across partnership and wholesale sites. Manage the product setup process from start to finish, uploading, enriching, and maintaining products on partners and wholesale websites, liaising with relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met. Conduct daily site checks to ensure product listing pages are optimised and the most relevant products are displayed. Manage end-to-end order processing and invoicing, ensuring it is completed accurately and in line with SLAs. Develop close working relationships with the operations and customer service team to track and maintain product availability and communicate shipping status to Digital Partnerships and Wholesale Clients. Manage and maintain the wholesale client database, new customer enquiries, and wholesale ordering platform effectively and in line with current needs. 3 days a week in the central London office / 2 days from home 26k - 28k Requirements Proficiency in Excel. Office / admin experience. Knowledge of wholesale, retail, e-commerce, or high street background. Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Qualities & Traits: Highly attentive with a keen eye for detail. Quick learner. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
