The Card Industry Professionals Team are looking to bring on board an enthusiastic team member to help boost the Support offered to the CIP customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is adaptable, motivated and customer focused. You will be assisting in the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and retention of our existing merchants. What you will do: Manage incoming calls Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Take responsibility for accurate and precise information recorded on the CRM. Work closely with the Operations Team to deliver comprehensive 'bring to market campaigns’ for new and existing product lines. Liaise with our internal and external partners to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner and within given SLA’s. Make external calls to customers who are in arrears to help resolve issues and work with our finance partner to offer support. Follow our internal procedures to call current merchants to renew contracts. Monitor Account Transactions What you will bring: Excellent communication skills oral and written. Proven track record of excellent Customer Service. Accurate written work. Ability to build strong internal relationships with team members and the external sales teams. Work well within a team and individually, organized, efficient and be able to keep to timeframes. Capable of producing effective action plans, To-Do lists and handover notes. A pragmatic mind and a creative problem solver. Excellent computer skills including Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint. OTE after probationary period would be 29k with Quarterly bonus. 21 days holiday per year, with an additional 1 day per year up to 25 days.
