The role The Projects Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects within Azets Wealth Management. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives. The Projects Manager will work closely with various departments to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Key accountabilities Key Responsibilities Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Execution and Monitoring : Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Stakeholder Management : Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and provide regular updates on project status. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. Budget Management : Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits and financial objectives are met. Team Leadership : Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Skills & experience Qualifications and Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a Diploma in Financial Planning. Advanced qualifications in Wealth Management desirable. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Knowledge : Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the wealth management sector. Skills : Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in back office systems such as IO, Salesforce, Imanage.
