RCE Wellbeing Hub is a collaborative, educational learning environment which aims to convey messages of hope, control and opportunity to all.
The Health Trainer role in the RCE Wellbeing Hub will be pivotal in providing evidence based working knowledge that links to national policies which will underpin the basis of all co-production and co-delivery of the Hubs curriculum.
Main duties of the job
The RCE Wellbeing Hub Health Trainer will be the lead clinical voice in coproduction and codelivery of our sessions.
They will have experience of working in true collaboration with those with lived experience to ensure a balanced and equal work space is created where no one voice is more important/valued than others.
The post holder will establish supportive, recovery focussed relationships within the Hub and represent the Wellbeing Hub and the wider recovery team at conferences and Trust events.
The Health Trainer will connect with other clinicians both within and external to CPFT to ensure specific clinical knowledge is sought and included in our high quality courses.
