For which tasks (responsibilities)?
* Lead the creation and design of high-quality 2D marketing assets, including video creatives, ASO materials, illustrations, and other promotional content for the game.
* Research market trends and best practices, and monitor competitor activities to keep our assets fresh and competitive.
* Lead and mentor the 2D marketing art team, consisting of 2D motion designers and 2D artists, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Work closely with the Creative Director's vision and feedback, and help the 2D team implement it into their work.
* Provide the 2D team with relevant technical feedback on their assets and animation.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
* 3+ years of experience as a 2D Marketing Motion Designer in gaming industry with a strong portfolio showcasing your projects.
* 1+ year of experience in a 2D Lead/Art Lead position.
* Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style within a set of creatives.
* Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts.
* Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, shapes, volume, and color.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant tools.
* Understanding of animation principles, timing, and character rigging.
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (experience in Spine or other relevant tools would be a plus)
* Strong understanding of Mobile F2P games market trends and Marketing Creatives production pipelines
* Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.
* Fluency in English.
