Salary: £27,500 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits
Location: Feltham, Surrey, South West London

The Role:
1. Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
2. Dealing with replacement inquiries from distributors, resellers, and customers
3. Ensuring all customers' queries are dealt with efficiently, providing relevant feedback
4. Managing logistical issues and handling all replacements to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Liaising with internal departments - Technical team, accounts, warehouse, etc.
6. Arranging shipments
7. All administration related to the role - database, reports, work records, etc.
The Candidate:
1. Fluent in Spanish and French (written and spoken) essential
2. Previous Customer Service or Sales Coordination experience beneficial
3. Confident, proactive, and dynamic
