Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and staff with warmth and professionalism
* Manage incoming calls, emails and deliveries
* Keep the reception area tidy and organised
* Assist with the ordering and organisation of office supplies
* Dealing with filing, faxing and photocopying
* Handling incoming post
* Handle general admin tasks and ad-hoc support for the wider team
