Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a forward-thinking people strategy, covering talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
Champion an inclusive, positive workplace culture that supports growth and well-being.
Oversee HR compliance as the company expands its team and operations.
Partner with senior leadership across group brands to embed best practices and ensure consistency across international locations.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in HR or People leadership, in a fast-growing, creative, or international environment.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, with TUPE expertise being a plus.
Passionate about building a people-first workplace, with a proactive and approachable leadership style.
A skilled communicator who can collaborate effectively and adapt to a non-corporate, creative setting.
