Barista Trainer - Tunbridge Wells Summary INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY, PLEASE We're looking for a Barista Trainer to upskill our front of house teams in hot drinks production and customer engagement on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You’ll play a crucial part in driving efficiency, reducing waste and improving margins across the National Trust's cafes and tea-rooms in London and the South-East. We'd love to know more about you and your experiences, therefore, please upload a cover letter with your application. What it's like to work here You'll be working across a region, delivering face-to-face training at properties and office-based working, where you'll deliver training in a virtual setting, working on the development of new training materials and keeping in touch with Area Managers to monitor progress in your region. What you'll be doing You'll help us achieve a step change in the quality of experience we deliver, from the basics of service to engaging with customers in the queue, upselling to impact ATV, and making a high-volume number of drinks at speed whilst retaining a high level of quality. You'll work with our National Food and Beverage team to ensure that training is complementary to our existing service training and National Trust brand. You'll work to embed a high quality and consistent delivery of hot drinks to visitors, with an initial focus on basic, technical barista skills. The income generated from the 4.5 million hot drinks we serve a year contributes to the conversation of the places in the Trust's care.
