Our client is an established main contractor working on civil works within the water sector. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to join their team. This is a full-time site-based position based in the Warwickshire area.
Your new role
As Site Agent you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Understanding and interpreting project drawings and specifications
* Writing and completing RAMS
* Ensuring detailed site records are maintained and archived
* Supervising and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
* Ensuring works are delivered safely and to specified quality
* Assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the projects.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
* Previous experience in civil works within the water industry in a site management capacity
* A CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification
* Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders
* Excellent time management and leadership skills.
