An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled, practical and motivated hands-on Site Manager to join our outstanding team working in a school with children aged 2 to 11 years. Responsibilities To carry out the day-to-day duties of running the site, including first line repairs and maintenance of the school buildings and grounds, managing the site, management of contractors, security of the premises and its contents, carrying out driving duties and assist in the monitoring and testing of building systems to ensure the school meets its legal obligations under regulatory compliance. You will need to be flexible, take pride in your work and be able to work with all members of the school community. An understanding of health and safety is required. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a similar position and must hold a valid driving licence. Some out of hours and weekend work will be required.
