Business Development Executive - Property Industry - £29,000 per annum - Newly created role - Kelvedon area - 9:00am - 5:00pm
A client of ours within the Real Estate and Property industry, located on the outskirts of Kelvedon area, is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a newly created role due to company growth.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying £25,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
3. Stay informed on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Manage client enquiries, quotations, and service delivery efficiently.
5. Promote company services and provide client support via various channels.
6. Attend meetings and industry events to foster relationships.
7. Contribute to sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
8. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
9. Ensure compliance with company standards and targets.
10. Produce reports and assist with tenders and applications as needed.
Skills and Experience required:
1. Proven experience in business development or sales.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems with a data-driven approach.
4. Full, clean driving license and own transport due to remote location.
