Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons that capture the imagination of Year 3 students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help each child reach their full potential. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to share ideas, resources, and strategies for outstanding learning. Take an active role in school events, extracurricular activities, and projects that contribute to a lively school community. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the curriculum. A creative, passionate educator who can make learning exciting and enjoyable.
