Are you a tech-savvy, compassionate individual with a passion for helping others? We're looking for Telecare Installers to join our team and support the transition to digital smart devices for vulnerable residents across Lewisham.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Visiting customers daily across Lewisham to remove old analogue telecare devices and install new digital smart units.
2. Testing devices to ensure full functionality and explaining how they work to users in a clear, reassuring way.
3. Providing excellent service with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
4. Acting as a vital communication link between customers, your team, and Telecare Officers.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in customer service, particularly supporting vulnerable people.
2. A natural aptitude for technology - confident using and explaining digital devices.
3. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
4. A fast learner with a basic understanding of telecare services.
5. Someone who is reliable, organised, and comfortable working to a set schedule of home visits.
Additional Requirements:
1. Access to your own vehicle suitable for work travel.
2. Business insurance covering work-related driving.
3. A clean driving licence.
