Your focus will be to execute business strategies to drive the growth and profits of the business going forward. You will need to have a hunter mentality when it comes to new business and sales, being the driving force in prospect sales and creating and maintaining relationships for the business.

Responsibilities:
* Build a long-range pipeline and manage multiple contracts to their end date.
* Identify B2B opportunities for the business going forward.
* Manage these opportunities through the sales cycle and post-sale care.
* Develop and maintain effective B2B relationships and create new relationships for the business with the primary goal of increasing the clients' B2B market share and recognition.
* Negotiate current contracts and secure new contracts with business customers and third-party intermediaries.
* Previous experience within a BDM role – minimum 2 years’ experience.
* Outbound sales experience.
* Ideally, have worked in the telecom industry (fibre/broadband).
* Create new sales strategies.
* Possess a proactive hunter’s mentality when it comes to sales.
