The role itself will be a mixture of new business development and account management. The Job: Win new business and grow market share. Support the development and innovation of the companys products to strengthen its position as market leaders. Support the ecommerce strategy through implementing the go-to-market strategy, best practices and developing sales enablement toolkits. To understand the customer and market specific challenges and pains in relation to the products and contribute in building tailored added value solutions. Achieving sales volume, revenue and budget targets as defined by the General Manager. Identifying Sales Targets, pursuing and monitoring progress of these targets to conclusion via the CRM system. The Person: Possess solid account management skills with a strong drive to deliver Customer satisfaction and sustainable profit and volume growth within the business. Be customer focused and have sales experience working in a B2B sales environment with proven ability to win new business through direct customer contact. Have a creative mindset and tenacious approach to suit a dynamic and competitive market. Be logical, consistent, and resourceful in your approach. Have excellent spoken and written communication skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Have a Full driving licence. The package will be an attractive basic salary with 20% bonus and a car.
