VRF 82826 Trainee Administrator Birmingham, B1 This post if funded by the United Kingdom Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) £11.44 per hour. Fixed Term Contract 3 months 37.5 hours per week About the role We are looking for a Trainee Administrator for the Birmingham Domiciliary Care Service and this is a fixed term contract for 3 months. Trident Reach Birmingham Domiciliary Care Service is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide the Regulated Personal Care Activities to different customer groups, i.e. Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Physical Disabilities, Older Adults, Dementia and Autism. To learn to deliver intensive work focussed administration duties and support to the Birmingham Domiciliary Care Team. Utilising all Microsoft applications and People Planner software effectively. To learn to input customer records in Access Care Planning software for the use by the team. To learn to work effectively and in partnership with other colleagues, agencies, and customers' next of kins in order to develop a professional working relationship and enhance the best possible care standards to customers. To train in reception support- answering phone and telephone enquiries, greeting visitors, accepting deliveries etc To learn to produce minutes of meetings and reports for internal and external use. To train to work closely with Team Managers and Registered Manager to manage care referrals and enquiries for new business developments.
