Join us. About the role: The Head of Finance role puts you at the heart of Cuvva’s financial targets. You’ll manage a team of 3 existing finance professionals as well as work with other teams in the company on a daily basis. Cuvva will rely on you to provide the company with timely and accurate financial information as well as make sure all the regulatory obligations are always met. You will be the go to expert on all things accounting and finance and an integral part of the performance measurement at Cuvva, own the FP&A function and contribute to the company’s strategy. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be: Owning all finance and accounting processes and procedures at Cuvva Delivering timely insights on company performance to the leadership team and the wider company Be trusted business partner for various teams across Cuvva - engineering, marketing and product among others Line manage the team to deliver team strategy and help develop their careers Delivering Board reporting on financial position and performance Owning the Forecasting and FP&A function Responsibility for all the reporting (internal, HMRC, FCA, UW & TPA partners) Delivering the Annual report and audit Helping refine corporate finance strategy - sources of funding, potential M&A initiatives Helping Cuvva deliver on overall strategic company goals You’ll do great here if you: Are a great manager - challenging your team to grow whilst taking care of them at the same time.
