Brief Description
Producing rosters for a wide range of personnel carrying out all kinds of key duties, you will help us deliver a better railway even more efficiently. Our success is rooted in the details you'll consider.
About the role (External)
You’ll support the success of diverse teams and departments. We'll look to you to produce cost-effective and efficient rosters for nominated personnel. Put simply, you'll help to reduce costs while making the most of the skills available. Naturally, you'll always make sure rostering complies fully with operational demands and standards.
It's a varied role. You'll produce rosters for personnel undertaking weekly and daily duties covering sickness, leave and special arrangements, such as medical exams. What's more, you'll compile and control valuable records, and provide information that we'll use in important progress reports. Your keen eye for detail will be the key to our success.
Essential Criteria
Proven administrative experience
A strong understanding of rostering arrangements
Knowledge of conditions of service applicable to rostering
Desirable Criteria
A good communicator
Able to organise your work effectively
Microsoft Excel skills/database management experience
