Our client has an opportunity for a Facilities Compliance Executive on an initial 3-month contract. You will be supporting the category team to maximise sales, compliance and customer experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the organisation.
Role: Facilities Compliance Executive
Location: Hounslow - onsite
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday
Daily Rate: Up to £180 per day via PAYE
Contract Length: 3 months initially
What you'll be doing:
1. Understand the key drivers of performance and plan/report against them, supporting with fire safety compliance, assurance of contractual tenancy obligations; management of information to drive reliable and accessible data, process improvement from the planning stage to implementation.
2. Support with the Retail and Property sustainability agenda.
3. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Retail Account Managers, Property Asset Managers, Health & Safety team, Engineering, tenants and third-party contractors such as HCC operators.
4. Create reports to help in identifying deliver sales and service driving initiatives with Retailers and Tenants and support in making improvements in passenger experience.
5. Identify and incorporate new opportunities, operational activities and work streams that maximise sales and service opportunities.
6. Focus on compliance with company Security, Fire and Health & Safety compliance policies, ensuring safe working practices to minimise risk to self, work colleagues and customers.
7. Produce preventative maintenance life safety asset reports and dashboard, ensuring Property buildings are compliant with statutory obligations.
8. Manage day to day logistics operations.
9. Support Retail and Property to manage Back of House operations including working with the HCC Supplier to ensure deliveries are optimised and managed in a timely way, which doesn't impact negatively on Fire and H&S policies.
10. Actively participate in crisis management and assist in co-ordinating contingency planning as required.
11. Ensure Business Partners support the delivery of environmental and sustainability standards as relevant to their brand.
12. Ensure communications and understanding of changes to HAL process and policies and assist with operationally setting up new business partners.
13. Manage and own occupant contact database, working with Asset Managers to ensure current information is obtained for distribution lists.
Requirements:
1. Data entry and data analysis experience is essential.
2. Analytical and data management skills essential.
3. Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills essential.
4. Qualifications / Experience in one of the following fields preferred: Fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management and/or experience of working in a property environment.
5. Effective communication skills, written and verbal to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders and business partners essential.
6. Level 3 Fire Safety Management - 3 day course provided.
7. Understanding of the Fire Safety Regulations - Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (RRO), Health and Safety Regulations and Building Regulations would be an advantage.
8. Understanding of airport operations and experience of working with teams to achieve improvement targets would be an advantage.
9. Experience working with systems such as Airsweb, Maps Live, Maximo and Documentum would be an advantage (training to be provided).
