Job Description Parts Advisor – Yeovil Well-established Main Dealer Great progression potential Friendly Team Our main dealer client is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their stable team based in Yeovil. Working as a key part of the aftersales team, you will be adept at multitasking and will be able to work well within a team as well as independently. Your duties will vary from day to day and could include: Taking sales orders from customers both face-to-face and over the phone Stock control for vehicle parts and accessories Maintaining an ordered stock room Raising invoices for parts sold Liaison with internal teams to ensure the correct stock is in place at the right time Monitor stock levels and manage the re-order process for essential stock items. Key requirements: Organisational skills The ability to learn and use specialist computer-based systems A desire to provide exceptional customer experiences. If you are methodical, articulate and a logical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn this could be for you Previous parts experience is essential, and some stock control experience would be an advantage.
