As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work alongside a dedicated team to provide high-quality early years education to young learners. Role Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering EYFS activities in line with the National Curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for nursery-aged children. Support the development of essential skills through play-based activities. Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure each child's well-being and development. Keep accurate records of children's progress and achievements. Essential Skills and Experience: Level 3 Early Years qualification (required). Previous experience in a UK nursery or primary school (required). Knowledge of the National Curriculum and EYFS guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for working with young children and fostering their development. What We Offer: Competitive pay: £85.02 to £98.41 per day, equating to £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per year (based on a 5-day working week for a full school year). Option to be paid via PAYE or Umbrella. Holiday pay: 12.07% of your day rate for PAYE candidates, added to your holiday pot. Pension contributions.
