CER Education Liverpool are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full time in a Primary School in Crosby, Sefton.
This role is to start in May 2025 and will run until December 2025.
The role is to work as a general teaching assistant for small group interventions across Reception to Year 2.
You will be working as part of an experienced Key Stage 1 team and will be supported by the class teacher.
The school is in the heart of the community and is rated GOOD by OFSTED. It's a 2 form entry school served by all public transport links.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting the needs of the children.
* KS1 curriculum knowledge - this is essential.
* Setting up and running interventions.
* Classroom resource preparation.
Preferred Skills:
* Qualification within education.
* Previous experience in teaching assistant roles.
* Resilience and great work ethic.
* Experience working with small groups and 1:1.
* Assist students during lessons and ensure they are on task.
