Temporary HR Coordinator
£15.20 per hour

Our client is looking to hire a seasoned HR Coordinator to support their dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities:
* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
* Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
* To support staff induction where required.
* assisting with recruitment activity andsupporting casework as required
* Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
* Staff absence management and entitlement monitoring
* Manage HR documentation and correspondence.
* Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
The ideal Temporary HR Coordinator will have:
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or be working towards it (desirable)
* Experience working in an HR department.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
