About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The Heathlands Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, presentation, and production of meals to the highest standards. Your duties will include assisting in menu planning, encouraging and developing your team members, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals to the highest standards.
* Assist in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.

* Manage food deliveries and stock control.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Sous Chef / 2nd Chef in a hotel kitchen, with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
