About The Role Team – Internal Communications Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working Top 3 skills needed for this role: Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and across disciplines Proven event management experience and ability to organise events of all sizes Excellent interpersonal skills What this role is all about: We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and proactive individual to help us deliver key internal events, activations and engagement moments at Vitality. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about employee engagement. As part of the wider Internal Communications & Employee Engagement team, this role will also offer general support for key comms & engagement projects. Key Actions Events: Plan and deliver key moments in our internal events calendar, including annual parties, ‘Pitch Days,’ volunteering events, roadshows, town halls, and broadcasts. Manage events from start to finish, including budget management, supplier sourcing, event theme/design, diary management, venue liaison, communications planning, and guest management. Leadership Engagement Sessions: Support the Head of Employee Experience in delivering leadership engagement strategies. Manage leader events, including site visits, NED visits, management sessions, and digital sessions. Take notes and manage session outcomes and actions. Handle diary management and filming sessions. Reward & Recognition: Manage the delivery of key annual reward and recognition moments, including quarterly Star Awards and Long Service awards. Oversee the run of show, project management, budget management, supplier and agency management, and theme and creative design. Coordinate the Annual Star Awards trip, including visa processes, travel coordination, and guest management. Manage the Star Awards nomination cycle, including data and winner selection processes. Comms & Engagement Projects: Support cross-portfolio projects and initiatives, including CSR engagement projects and special projects. Manage scheduling requirements with the Planning team to ensure internal audience engagement. Handle budget management, stakeholder logistics, admin management, invoice and supplier documentation processes. Draft and edit communications to align with company culture, values, and tone of voice. Manage merchandise and prizes for initiatives and competitions. What do you need to thrive? Experience with six-figure budget management - able to work to a clear budget and identify where savings can be made without impacting quality Able to work flexibly in a fast moving environment Proven ability to manage multiple and varied projects and tasks simultaneously MS Office Suite - particularly PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent writing skills Experience managing agencies, suppliers and other third parties Able to travel Strong affinity with our core purpose and values; desire to drive positive change Experience engaging audiences via social media Experience delivering bespoke, high end events or awards programmes (desirable) Experience writing and delivering event communication campaigns (desirable) Experience with polling/surveying/event management tools (desirable) So, what’s in it for you?
