It is designed to develop individuals for roles in higher education leadership and management. The placements and development activities are designed to inspire and stretch you to reach your potential, helping to build upon our reputation as a top ten university. Upon completion of the scheme, you will be well-suited to apply for management roles at Loughborough or within the wider Higher Education sector. Eligibility to apply This vacancy is available to new and recent Loughborough graduates (2023 onwards), finalists who are due to graduate this year and current members of staff. If you are graduating from, or have recently obtained Masters and PhD qualifications, you will also be considered. If you are an existing member of staff and have graduated (not necessarily from Loughborough or from 2023 onwards), you may also be considered if you meet the criteria.
