Jarilo Design, based in Bromborough, Wirral, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations.
The role involves driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, finding potential leads both internally and externally, networking with prospective clients, developing sales strategies, and overseeing a sales and marketing executive focused on delivering tailored digital design and e-commerce solutions for current and prospective clients of Jarilo.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans meticulously designed to not only expand the customer base but also to significantly achieve and surpass established revenue goals. These plans should be adaptable and forward-thinking to ensure sustained growth in a competitive marketplace.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delving deep into understanding their unique needs and challenges. This involves regular communication and feedback loops that foster trust and collaboration, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood.
Oversee the entire sales process for branding, website design, and eBay template services to ensure that every step is handled efficiently and effectively. This responsibility encompasses the creation of any necessary sales funnels that optimise the customer journey and drive conversions.
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities while continuously monitoring industry trends and changes. This proactive approach will involve conducting thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors and meet evolving customer demands.
Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for directors, providing them with valuable insights into sales metrics and projections. This data-driven approach will aid in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Train and mentor the sales executive thoroughly to ensure consistent performance across the sales team. This will include providing ongoing support, sharing best practices, and imparting knowledge that empowers the team to maximise their potential and achieve collective goals.
