Role Description
You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with eCommerce brands. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signing deals, helping businesses understand how Paper Run can drive revenue through automated direct mail. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the eCommerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new clients.
2. Proactively reach out to eCommerce brands and build relationships with decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Marketing, CRM Managers, Founders).
3. Conduct product demos and explain how Paper Run’s automated direct mail platform drives measurable ROI.
4. Qualify leads, understand client needs, and tailor solutions to maximize customer success.
5. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
6. Maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking pipeline, outreach, and deal status.
Qualifications
1. 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically selling to eCommerce brands.
2. Proven success in outbound sales, cold outreach, and closing deals.
3. Experience selling marketing automation, CRM, or eCommerce-related technology is a strong plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different stakeholders.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of revenue targets.
6. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo) and outreach automation tools preferred.
