In this role you will add value to PXP by:
Driving the development and execution of a dynamic, data-informed content strategy that elevates our brand, improves search visibility, nurtures leads, and supports overall growth and demand generation objectives. You’ll work at the intersection of content, SEO, and growth marketing — helping us turn insights into action and stories into results.
A typical week as a Marketing Manager - Content might involve:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and SEO objectives.
* Create and manage an editorial calendar for various content initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
* Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimised blog content to drive organic traffic and engagement.
* Collaborate with SEO specialists to identify keywords, topics, and new content opportunities to boost search performance.
* Leverage AI tools for content research, optimisation, and performance analysis, and analyse content performance metrics to refine strategies.
* Manage the email newsletter program to nurture leads and build an engaged community.
* Lead cross-functional content initiatives and collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Social Media teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content and growth marketing.
We are looking for someone who:
* Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B, fintech, payments, or SaaS industries.
* Confident in crafting and executing multi-channel content strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
* Strong SEO knowledge and ability to create content that ranks and converts.
* Highly skilled in data analysis and using performance metrics to shape future campaigns.
* Excels in writing, editing, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for growth and continuous improvement.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
* Experience collaborating with SEO and growth marketing teams to align content with business goals.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content research, optimisation, and analytics.
* Background in email marketing or newsletter program management, with knowledge of demand generation and lifecycle marketing principles.
* Experience with A/B testing content for conversion optimization.
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with additional language skills being a plus.
