Job Description
As we continue to evolve as an organisation, we will review our operational approach and how best to drive better support and focus across our branch network.
Reporting into the Chief Operations Officer, this Senior Management role will work in close collaboration with the Territory Manager West, providing strategic operational support to a designated section of our branch network, aiming to drive sustainable financial performance across selected branches to improve customer satisfaction levels and enhance overall employee engagement.
As an experienced and inspirational leader, you’ll offer clear direction and insight to your Branch Managers working at a Group level to effectively communicate a strategic vision to your teams and enhance operational performance. This role will oversee the following branches: Rupanyup, Horsham, Warracknabeal, Swan Hill, Pinnaroo, and Remark.
Key Qualities & Experience
* As a key escalation point for our customers, you’ll be practiced in handling a variety of issues and complaints and skilled in negotiating positive resolutions.
* Proven experience in change management and rolling out new business-critical system changes across an organisation.
* Demonstrated experience in managing, utilising, and optimising CRMs or other quotation systems.
* Creative approach to strategic sales with previous experience in successfully introducing an innovative product suite to a conservative market.
* Understanding of the business metrics and levers across sales, service, parts, and technology to grow and optimize branch performance, with an ability to coach and empower Branch Managers.
* Experience in the oversight and strategic direction of an innovative, customer-focused, commercial, and/or research and development-focused business or business unit.
* Proven track record of strong leadership, developing high-performing teams, and creating a positive culture where people genuinely feel valued and are encouraged to contribute.
* Well-developed analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
* Ability to grow and develop high-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to relate at all levels from technicians to farmers, suppliers, industry bodies, and key community leaders.
* Strong business acumen with sound financial and reporting skills combined with a commitment to risk management, ensuring all governance parameters are met.
