We have a new opportunity to be part of the HR team in the role of Talent Development Manager.
As a Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing a talent framework, implementing succession planning strategies, and identifying skill gaps to enhance performance across the organization. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will drive impactful talent and development initiatives, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-potential employees while championing diversity and inclusion.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing a talent framework, process, annual cycle, and tools that align with the organization's goals.
* Collaborating with HRBPs and leadership to implement succession planning approaches that identify and develop employees through targeted development plans, coaching, and mentoring.
* Identifying skills gaps and creating development opportunities to enhance business-wide performance.
* Tracking and analyzing key metrics to tell the story of talent development needs and progress.
* Championing diversity and inclusion across all talent initiatives, ensuring opportunities for positive change.
* Evolving the succession planning framework to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees and future-proof critical roles.
* Equipping HRBPs with tools and knowledge to support senior leaders in building customized development plans.
* Overseeing and supporting early career initiatives, ensuring effective development frameworks are in place.
* Ensuring managers have the right skills to evaluate talent effectively and drive high performance.
* Developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent and development initiatives, making strategic recommendations for improvement.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
