What skills and experience we're looking for
A versatile person to support the Data and Examinations Manager at Chenderit School. The successful applicant will assist in administering the examination process both internally and externally, and provide accurate and up-to date information on all aspects of school performance. You should have competency with Word, Outlook, Excel and other MS software. Knowledge of databases would be considered an advantage but training for this will be provided.
Responsibilities will include:
• Examination entries and timetables
• Invigilation schedules/training
• The safekeeping and dispatch of scripts
• Collation of results and distribution of examination certificates
• Liaison with examination boards
• Other administration involved in the successful running of examinations
• The use of data systems (e.g. SIMS, Edulink,4 Matrix)
• Analysis and interpretation of data
• Admissions process for Year 6-7 and in-year intakes
