We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Community Gateway Association.
This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our offices on Preston Docks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small finance team, overseeing functions including Accounts Payable and Receivable, Right to Buy, and posting income on the housing management database.
As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the finance team to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
* Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
* Providing financial guidance and support to other departments
* Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in finance leadership roles
