Our client based in Sands, High Wycombe, is seeking applications for a Credit Controller.

Our client is an established market leader in its field within the Bus, Coach and Rail industries. Following an increase in business, an exciting position has arisen within our Credit Control Department.
Hours of Work: 41.25 hours per week
Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing with length of service after 3 years
This is a permanent opportunity for an individual to work within the Credit Control Department.
What kind of candidate are we looking for?
In order to be successful in this role, we believe that you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail will also be required along with excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel).
We would like a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our expanding team.
In addition, you will be required to:
* Maintain and monitor customer accounts ensuring the collection of overdue debts.
* Manage emails relating to your assigned customers within the shared Accounts email inbox.
* Chase overdue debt by telephone and email with a strong emphasis on telephone and customer service.
* Deal promptly with queries from customers and have internal communication with sales staff to facilitate query resolution and cash collection.
* Ensure clear notes are maintained on customer accounts for all collection activities and queries.
* Flag overdue accounts to be placed on stop.
* Allocate daily cash receipts in NetSuite.
* Complete Insurance Bordereaux for the relevant Insurance customers.
* Perform credit checks and open new accounts in NetSuite.
* Complete ad-hoc tasks as appropriate.
This role is very heavily focused on query management and resolution.
